Employee Candidate Clarification Policy

As ITS Lojistik A.Ş. ("Company"), we attach importance to the protection of the personal data of employee candidates. In this respect, we would like to inform you about how your personal data will be processed and how your personal data will be protected with this clarification text.

 

This clarification text covers all Turkish citizen and/or foreign employee candidates of the Company and includes information about the personal data of these persons.

I. Obtaining and Processing Your Personal Data

1. Processing of Personal Data of Prospective Employees:

This section contains regulations on the processing of personal data of candidates during the recruitment process.

1.1 Personal Data Collected and Processed in the Recruitment Process

The Company may collect and process the following information from prospective employees who apply for jobs:

• Name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number and other contact information,

• Curriculum vitae, photographs, cover letters, past or related work experience or other experience, educational background, transcripts, language test results or supporting or explanatory documents related to the job application,

• Written records of the information obtained during the interview by means of video conference, telephone or face-to-face interview,

• Information obtained as a result of references received from previous employers or as a result of a check made to confirm the accuracy of the information transmitted by the candidate or information obtained as a result of research conducted by the Company,

• Results of recruitment tests that identify talent and personality traits

 

1.2. Purposes of Collecting and Processing the Personal Data of the Candidates

The Company may process the data of the candidate on the basis of one or more of the following purposes and taking into account the nature of the application:

• To evaluate the qualification, experience and interest of the candidate for the open position,

• If necessary, to check the accuracy of the information provided by the candidate or to contact third parties and conduct reference research about the candidate,

• To communicate with the candidate about the application and recruitment process,

• To develop and improve the recruitment principles applied by the Company

 

1.3. Methods of Collection and Processing of Personal Data of Candidates

In the recruitment process, the personal data of the candidates may be collected together with or in addition to the other methods and means specified in this clarification text by the following methods and means:

• Printed application form,

• Resumes submitted by the candidates to the Company by e-mail, cargo, reference and similar methods,

• Through employment or consultancy companies,

• In cases where video conferences, telephones or face-to-face interviews are conducted, during the interview,

• Reference checks,

• Recruitment tests conducted by experienced experts and whose results are examined to identify talent and personality traits.

The Company processes the collected personal data by automated or non-automated means through information systems and human resources personnel.

1.4. Conducting Reference Research on Candidates

The company may conduct reference research on candidates. The reference research to be carried out will generally be aimed at confirming the accuracy of the information provided by the candidate. In addition, it will be among the objectives of the research to determine the information that the candidate keeps about himself and that may cause risks for the Company.

Within the scope of the reference research to be carried out, the necessary personal data such as identity information, work and education experiences of the candidates may be shared with third parties. In addition, personal data about candidates may be obtained from third parties. No reference is taken from the workplace where the candidates work except for the knowledge of the candidate. Candidates can always contact the Company about the reference search to be carried out on them.

1.5. Rights of Data Subjects

As the relevant person, you can contact us about yourself;

• To learn whether personal data is processed or not,

• If their personal data has been processed, to request information about it,

• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

• To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

• Requesting the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

• If the reasons requiring the processing of personal data within the framework of the KVKK article disappear, we inform you that you have the right to request the deletion or destruction of personal data.

II. Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Your Personal Data

Your personal data processed for the purposes specified in this clarification text will continue to be used by us in "anonymized form" when the purpose requiring processing in accordance with Article 7/f.1 of Law No. 6698 is eliminated and when the periods determined by the Laws according to Article 17 and Article 138 of the Turkish Criminal Code have passed.
